    • The cost and technical advantages are very prominent! As an advanced engineering plastic, PEEK, due to its good machinability, flame retardant, non-toxic, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, has played an important role in weight reduction, extension of component using life, optimization of component utilization. With the acceleration of downstream application promotion, it is expected that China's PEEK demand will exceed 10,000 tons in 2022.


      PEEK5600CF30(black) This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber, has better mechanical properties (higher modulus of elasticity, mechanical strength and creep) and more wear-resistant than PEEK5600GF30, and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic has 3.5 times the thermal conductivity to dissipate heat from the bearing surface faster.
