On December 24, 2024, Shandong Junhao High Performance Polymer Co., Ltd. This milestone achievement not only marks that Shandong Junhao has entered a new stage of development in the field of PEEK material production, but also injects strong new impetus into the development of the domestic high-performance materials industry. Looking back, in 2021, Shandong Junhao successfully achieved batch production of 3000L polymerization kettles, laying a solid foundation for the company’s rapid development. The successful commissioning of the 6000L polymerization kettle, as the core of the second phase of the expansion and technical transformation project, not only doubled the output, but also achieved significant improvements in product quality, which won Shandong Junhao a cost advantage in the market. The newly produced PEEK materials have reached the industry-leading level in key indicators such as color difference control, thermal stability and molecular weight distribution.     At present, Shandong Junhao’s annual production capacity has reached 1,500 tons/year, accounting for about 10% of the global PEEK production capacity. This breakthrough in production capacity not only better meets the use needs of domestic and global customers, but also further enhances the company’s leading position in the field of high-performance materials. In recent years, with the rapid development of downstream emerging fields or high value-added fields such as new energy vehicles, semiconductors, wind power, artificial bones, aerospace, etc., the demand for PEEK materials is also growing rapidly, especially in the fields of skull repair and anchor products, spinal products, new energy vehicle 800V motor enameled wire, humanoid robots, etc., the performance advantages of PEEK materials are more prominent.
