On November 21, the final of the 4th Shandong New Materials Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Jinan, hosted by Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Shandong Provincial Department of Education, Shandong Provincial Comprehensive Experimental Zone Construction Leading Group Office, Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, undertaken by Shandong University, Shandong New Materials Industry Association, Shandong Metallurgical Trade Union Committee, Jinan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and co-organized by Shandong Jiuyang Group Co., Ltd.
After fierce competition, Shandong Junhao’s project “PEEK Material Solutions for Aerospace Field” won the third prize in the enterprise group and matched financial support. At the same time, after online voting and expert selection, the company also won the “Investment Value Award”.
Project Introduction: PEEK material solutions for aerospace applications
The innovation of this project lies in the development of various product forms through various molding methods.
For example, some battery boxes and clamps made by injection molding; some PEEK tubes and bellows made by extrusion, which can be bent and post-processed; through molded composite materials and secondary molding of special-shaped parts, aircraft support buckles, etc.
Shandong Junhao High-Performance Polymer Co., Ltd. focuses on the research, development, production and sales of high-performance polymers such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and PI (polyimide).
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition further stimulated Shandong Junhao’s enthusiasm for participating in the innovation and development of new materials and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.
