2023 Chinaplas Rubber and Plastics Exhibition PEEK, PI, PPSU New Products Sharing

PEEK material related products No.01, new energy vehicle flat wire motor PEEK flat wire New energy electric vehicles are driven by electricity, and electricity safety is particularly important. Choosing excellent materials is the key to ensuring the safety of new energy vehicles. PEEK (polyetheretherketone) material can be said to be a “hexagonal warrior” in the field of special engineering materials because it has various excellent properties, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, low density and other characteristics. It is particularly suitable for manufacturing long-lasting and durable important components, which can extend the service life of parts, reduce maintenance frequency and reduce costs. PEEK is becoming increasingly popular in the fields of new energy electric vehicle structures, bearings and gear parts, and is gradually replacing traditional metal materials such as aluminum, titanium and steel in some places. PEEK is resistant to corona, has a low dielectric constant, is resistant to bending and chemicals (including lubricating oil, ATF oil, impregnation paint, epoxy resin paint), and is resistant to high and low temperature conditions. It is one of the preferred materials for new energy vehicle motors.   No.02, Medical Implant Grade PEEK Material As the name suggests, PEEK materials that can be used for the preparation of “implanted devices” are called implant grade PEEK. This type of material is commonly used in orthopedic implant consumables (such as intervertebral fusion devices, ligament repair anchors, joint interface screws), neurosurgery patches (such as artificial skulls, maxillofacial bones), and cardiovascular products (such as heart valves, pacemaker housings, etc.). In recent years, some manufacturers are using modified PEEK materials for the preparation of products with high mechanical properties such as oral implants and traumatic bone plates. In addition to meeting the biosafety of ordinary medical-grade PEEK, implantable PEEK should also meet more stringent biocompatibility requirements, such as systemic toxicity, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, blood compatibility, and implantation reactions, and must also comply with the requirements of “YY/T 0660 Standard Specification for Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Polymers for Surgical Implants”. The AKSOPEEK® series of implantable PEEK materials registered by Junhua Company have passed the various test requirements of YY/T 0660-2008 and obtained a third-party test report.   No.03, PEEK Motor Rotor Reinforced Bushing Advantages: 1. Excellent fatigue resistance.   No.04, PEEK film PEEK film has high heat resistance, good electrical and mechanical properties, continuous use temperature can reach 240℃, dielectric loss is as low as 0.001~0.003, and light transmittance can reach 85.9%. In particular, its chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, radiation resistance and other properties are quite outstanding even among high-performance films. PEEK film application areas: 1. Mobile phone speakers and consumer speaker vibration membranes; 2. High-performance gaskets, gaskets and automotive parts for mobile phone high-speed micro motors 3. 5G antenna substrates and related components such as filters and connectors 4. Supercapacitors, dielectrics for printing templates and insulation layers for electric vehicle batteries   No.5, PEEK prepreg Co-woven molding is a traditional molding technology for continuous CF/PEEK prepreg. PEEK resin is first processed into fibers, and then mixed with carbon fibers into hollow, strip, ribbon, three-dimensional or two-dimensional geometric fabrics. PEEK is melted by hot pressing to achieve fiber impregnation. The advantage of co-woven molding technology is that the glue content is easy to control, and a material product with uniform fiber impregnation, high dimensional stability and complex shape can be obtained.   No.06, CF/PEEK composite sheet (CCM method) CCM method continuous molding has high production efficiency and stability, and can also continuously produce special-shaped parts with advanced technology.   No.07, CF/PEEK composite thick plate Continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK thermoplastic composite plate has the properties of low specific gravity, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, impact resistance, good dimensional stability, high fatigue strength, X-ray transparency, and biocompatibility. It is one of the choices for replacing metal materials in the medical field and aerospace.   No.08, CNT modified PEEK Carbon nano new material: semiconductor conductive antistatic material, no sulfur, no precipitation inside, high cleanliness without decarburization during molding, low reflection on the surface of the finished product, stable conductive properties, low density, recycling and other advantages.   No.07, Zeolite membrane dehydration technology Creative product development of separation of active ingredients through low temperature and low pressure dehydration technology: improve esterification reaction efficiency, improve reaction conversion rate, product yield, and reduce raw material usage.   No.10, PEEK stator, rotor insulation slot liner, insulation slot wedge PEEK has voltage resistance, low thermal conductivity, temperature resistance, tolerance to ATF oil, and tolerance to bending stress during molding.   No.11, PEEK filaments PEEK filaments/monofilaments are formed by continuous extrusion process, and can be continuously extruded for thousands of meters without breaking, with a tolerance of ±0.03mm. It has high toughness, high strength, corrosion resistance, good dimensional stability and other excellent properties, and is widely used in analytical instruments, petrochemicals, medical equipment, aerospace, papermaking machinery and other industries. PI material related products No.01, PI bushing (processed by powder metallurgy molding) PI bushing uses polyimide (PI) as the main raw material and is manufactured by powder metallurgy molding process. It is a high-performance bushing product. PI bushing has excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability, and can operate stably under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and high speed. At the same time, it also has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation and high temperature resistance, and can perform excellent performance in various harsh environments. No.02, continuous CF/PI composite board The preparation of continuous CF/PI composite board mainly adopts the prepreg method, that is, the continuous carbon fiber is pre-impregnated in polyimide resin, and then prepared by curing and hot pressing. It has the characteristics of high strength, high rigidity, low density, excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments. No.03, Thermosetting PI sheets and products Thermosetting polyimide resin has the characteristics of no fluidity, easy molding and processing, and no small molecule volatiles are released during the curing process, which is suitable for the preparation of large-size, thick, high-quality products. The cured material has an extremely high temperature resistance level, excellent dielectric properties, thermal oxidation stability and mechanical strength.   Three, PSU, PPSU material related products No.01, PSU, PPSU biopharmaceutical equipment Biopharmaceutical equipment PSU, PPSU quick connector, water distributor, thermostatic valve core PSU product features: high strength and transparency, excellent chemical resistance, can withstand conventional sterilization methods. PPSU product features: low-cost and lightweight metal replacement, corrosion resistance, no metal pollution, drinking water contact certification, easy to assemble, save installation time. No.02, PPSU manifold PPSU household manifold, two-way and three-way pipe fittings and one-way valve body PPSU manifold has lower thermal conductivity than metal manifold, less condensation when the system is cooling water, less heat dissipation when the system is heating, and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high cost performance, long service life and not easy to lose, so many projects at home and abroad use plastic manifolds for water flow distribution and control.
