PLAN-Planning In order to effectively promote quality management, improve the quality management level of the enterprise, enhance the auditing ability of internal auditors, and meet the needs of the company’s system management and strategic development, with the high attention and support of the company’s leadership, in August 2021, Shanghai Chaoju invited system training teachers to organize a 2-day IATF16949:2016& GJB9001C:2017 standard learning and training. Mr. Li, Mr. Liu, and Mr. Tan accompanied 50 elites of the company to participate in the training. DO-Implementation This training invited senior gold medal lecturer Mr. Qi to give lectures. The training content includes interpretation of ISO9001, IATF16949 and GJB9001C standard clauses, enterprise operation and management methods, etc. Based on the standards, the lecturers explained in detail the internal audit, internal audit skills and audit methods, management review methods, auditors’ requirements and responsibilities, and common problems in system operation. Teacher Qi’s lectures were easy to understand and vivid. The practical operation courses combined actual work experience, vivid metaphors, and humorous conversations to make the originally awkward theoretical knowledge lively and easy to understand, so that the trainees had a clearer understanding and a deeper understanding of the actual application of the quality management system. Colleagues actively participated and interacted with the teachers, raised questions about knowledge points, and conducted in-depth discussions. CHECK-Check After the standard study, all trainees were uniformly assessed and obtained the internal auditor qualification certificate. The trainees from various departments of the company combined this year’s work plan to clarify the ideas of system operation. Sort out the weaknesses of personal system standard work. ACT-Disposal The trainees expressed their desire to strengthen and improve the management system, and to promote it in various departments based on the principle of full participation. General Manager Li put forward further requirements for the system work: 1. Overall control of the company’s internal knowledge; 2. Improve the system architecture of the quality assurance department based on operations; 3. Sort out and improve the meeting system and only hold effective meetings; 4. Improve enterprise management based on the process management method PDCA; 5. According to standard requirements, promote quality policies and system-related content to employees.   Summary Through this training, the company’s management and internal auditors understand and recognize the importance of the quality management system and the actual operating procedures and methods. Colleagues have a deeper understanding of the system standards and have clarified the direction of improvement in subsequent system work, which is more conducive to the effective operation of the company’s system, and provides guarantees for improving the company’s standardized management capabilities, focusing on product quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction, laying the foundation for the company’s development on the road to becoming a domestic advanced enterprise.
