Changzhou Junhang High-Performance Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was established in August 2019. It is located in the Innovation Industrial Park of Wujin National High-tech Zone, Changzhou City. It was jointly established by Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics Co., Ltd. and Zhu Shu’s team from Donghua University to jointly develop continuous CF/PEEK thermoplastic prepreg composite materials. It is the twelfth batch of leading talent entrepreneurship projects of the “Longcheng Talent Plan” in 2019 and has received government funding support. Only half a year after its establishment, it has grown into a leading domestic polyetheretherketone thermoplastic composite material enterprise, breaking the foreign monopoly of high-performance thermoplastic composite materials.

Under the epidemic, a reporter from Wujin TV station came to the company for an interview. This interview was in conjunction with Wujin TV station’s special report on the resumption of production and work of Longcheng Yingcai Enterprise. Junhang’s person in charge, Tan Zongshang, accepted the interview. He introduced that while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the company is making every effort to promote the resumption of work and production. At present, all employees of the company have arrived and resumed normal production. The company is committed to the research, development, production and sales of high-performance thermoplastic composite prepregs and plates such as continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK. In addition to being resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, lightweight, X-ray transparent, and having good biocompatibility, the products have higher mechanical strength and dimensional stability and are widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace, medical equipment, and nuclear power. Currently, nine of the top ten medical device companies in China have cooperated with Junhang, and the company expects sales revenue to exceed 8 million yuan this year. The continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK composite material project plays an important role in promoting social development. It has the potential social benefits of replacing imports, promoting environmental protection and sustainable development, and has the market appeal and economic benefits of low cost and high return. In the future, the company will continue to increase its efforts to promote the development of CF/PEEK composite materials products in the fields of high-end medical devices, aerospace, etc., formulate and implement product promotion plans, and promote Junhang’s sustainable and stable development.
