Shandong Junhao carries out “winter defense and winter training” safety training activities
Summer training in the dog days, winter training in the coldest days.
In response to the requirements of the Jining New Materials Industrial Park Emergency Bureau on carrying out winter “four defense” emergency drills, Shandong Junhao, under the organization and leadership of the company’s emergency management working group, all employees participated, took positive actions, and enthusiastically invested in this round of “winter defense and winter training” safety training activities.
On January 12, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department worked overtime to formulate the “Special Emergency Response Drill for Acetone Leakage and Fire”.
At 2 p.m. on January 13, the chief commander of emergency response convened the heads of various workshops and departments to hold a special meeting to review the plan. Everyone spoke freely, discussed and supplemented the details of their respective division of labor and tasks, and further improved the details of the plan.
After the meeting, all participants and some employees conducted outdoor real-scene simulation drills according to the review plan process.
That night, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department revised the plan according to the review opinions of the special meeting and the deficiencies exposed by the simulation drill, and reported it to the park emergency bureau for filing.
January 14th – “Sanjiu” in the year of Xinchou, a very cold day of the year. The local weather was cloudy, with a wind force of level 1, a temperature of minus 1℃, and a clothing index of cold.
At about 2 pm on the 14th, a group of three people from the park safety team drove to Shandong Junhao Company and entered the scene. In order to cooperate with this drill, the park emergency bureau specially allocated a fire truck to participate in the event.
All Junhao trainees are in place. The safety team made some adjustments and arrangements to the details of the drill according to the wind direction and field conditions.
At 2:20, the drill officially started and all participants were in place.
Emergency rescue, public security, logistics support, medical rescue, emergency evacuation, environmental monitoring… took turns to take the lead, and the park fire brigade took the lead to completely resolve the set danger.
At 3:20, the drill lasted for one hour and all the drill links were completed. Director Zhang of the park safety team made an on-site review, pointed out the shortcomings of this drill, and proposed directions for improvement. The drill was a complete success.
