In order to gain a deeper understanding of the polymerization and refining processes of PEEK and PI and further enhance the professional capabilities of the sales and technical teams, Junhua Co., Ltd. organized relevant colleagues from the sales department, various business units, R&D department and production department to visit Jining, Shandong for a field visit and learning exchange on April 11. The trip focused on the polymerization process, refining technology, quality management system and cutting-edge industry trends of PEEK and PI. The Junhua Co., Ltd. delegation first visited the exhibition hall of the Jining New Materials Industrial Park. The relevant person in charge of the park gave a detailed introduction to the current projects, supporting services and future development plans, and focused on sharing the park’s industrial layout in the fields of third-generation semiconductor materials, carbon-based new materials, fire safety materials and low-altitude economy. Through an efficient enterprise service mechanism, the park actively assists settled enterprises in solving various problems in production and operation, providing strong support for industrial development. Afterwards, the team went to Shandong Junhao to learn in depth about the process optimization plan for the polymerization and refining workshops of PEEK and PI, and learned in detail about its R&D projects, technologies under development, quality assurance equipment and management systems. At present, Shandong Junhao has successfully achieved international benchmarking of the color of yellow phase particles, and its low-melting point PAEK particles have been stably supplied to some customers. The 6,000-liter large reactor that has been built is the largest reactor equipment among domestic enterprises. The single batch output can reach 1,400 kilograms, which significantly improves production efficiency and batch stability. In addition, the team also visited Shandong Junhao’s Phase III planning project and further discussed the future production capacity planning blueprint. After the intense inspection trip, the team made a special trip to the Three Confucius Temples in Qufu and the Nishan Holy Land Scenic Area for a visit and study. As the birthplace of Confucian culture, the profound historical and cultural heritage inspired the team members. Everyone said that this form of combining modern industrial inspection with traditional cultural experience has not only broadened their professional horizons, but also improved their cultural literacy, providing a new dimension of thinking for future work. During this trip to Shandong, the Junhua Co., Ltd. team not only mastered the cutting-edge production processes of PEEK and PI materials, but also improved team cohesion through cultural influence.
