01. JUNHUA® PEEK monofilament (fiber)

As we all know, PEEK is a variety of polyaryletherketone polymers with excellent performance and is a thermoplastic polymer with good comprehensive performance today. PEEK products are very rich in variety, and the main categories are injection molded finished parts, continuous extrusion plate/rod profiles, films, capillaries and other products.

The company has developed JUNHUA®PEEK monofilaments (fibers) of some sizes and specifications according to customer needs. JUNHUA®PEEK monofilaments have excellent insulation properties, outstanding strength and excellent heat and chemical resistance.

02. PEEK monofilament (fiber) performance

JUNHUA®PEEK (polyetheretherketone) monofilament (fiber) has excellent performance. Tensile strength 600~700MPa (single yarn breaking strength about 50 cN/tex), elongation 40%, melting point 340℃, gram weight 430 g/10000 m (φ0.2 mm).

03. Application fields of PEEK monofilament (fiber)

JUNHUA®PEEK monofilament (fiber) has the characteristics of steam resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, good toughness and good biocompatibility. It is widely used in drying canvas for papermaking machinery, heat-resistant filter cloth, racket mesh, composite materials (mixed or mixed with CF, GF, etc.), fuel filter, artificial ligament, high-temperature insulation sheath on aircraft, etc.
