PEEK hexagonal bushing | A new choice for upgrading the bushing of textile printing and dyeing heald frame

In the textile printing and dyeing industry, the heald frame is an important part of the loom. It is a frame connected by upper and lower beams and left and right side rails with a heald rod and a driving part. After the flat heald is arranged on the heald frame, the warp yarns inserted into the flat heald are gathered into one body. With the movement of the heald lifting mechanism of the loom, the heald frame moves up and down according to the program of the opening device, so that the warp yarns are opened in layers, allowing the weft yarns to shuttle through the warp yarns and interweave into fabrics with different patterns.
