Product Name: PEEK Blade Ring | Application Field: Analytical Instrument Testing Industry | Material: PEEK |
Detailed Introduction:
The blade ring is used together with the matching joint, and the two complement each other. Standard laboratory fitting systems work by applying external pressure (or clamping) to the outer wall of the pipe system. Although the nut provides the transmission force for compression, it is the blade ring that presses against the pipe system to fix the pipe system in the correct position.
In any connection system, it is impossible to use only the fitting alone because it cannot clamp the pipe, and without the transmission force of the fitting, the blade ring cannot clamp the pipe wall. Split fittings and blade rings must work together to provide reliable and consistent support and sealing on the outside of the pipe wall.
Our blade rings are all machined from high-performance corrosion-resistant PEEK rods, with beautiful appearance, high pressure resistance and good sealing. Blade rings that match split fittings are in stock.
