In the textile printing and dyeing industry, the heald frame is an important component of the loom. It is a frame with a heald rod and a driving saw connected by upper and lower beams and left and right side rails. After the flat heald is configured on the heald frame, the warp yarns inserted into the flat heald are gathered into one body. With the movement of the heald lifting mechanism of the loom, the heald frame moves up and down according to the program of the opening device, so that the warp yarns are opened in layers, and the weft yarns shuttle through the warp yarns, and interweave into fabrics with different patterns. The PEEK external hexagonal bushing is used in the heald frame to play a connecting role. The traditional graphite external hexagonal bushing is brittle, easy to break and wear in a high-speed working environment, which increases the cost of replacing consumables of the loom. Therefore, a bushing with higher impact resistance and more wear resistance is urgently needed to replace it.
