PEEK3600G particles

PEEK has excellent comprehensive performance due to the large number of benzene ring structures in its molecules. PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin is a high-performance special thermoplastic material and one of the important varieties of commercial polyaryletherketone resins. At present, polyetheretherketone is widely used in petroleum, food processing, automobile and aerospace fields for its excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. PEEK3600G is a grade of particles with a high melt flow rate. Its purity can reach more than 99%, and it can be produced and processed by injection molding and extrusion. It can be used to produce thin-walled products by injection molding. Relying on the previous experience accumulated in the PEEK industry, the company has entered the polymerization production of PEEK resin, providing more choices and stronger guarantees for domestic PEEK parts and profiles, and creating advantageous conditions for the development of domestic PEEK. At the same time, through the research and development, production and feedback of customers on profiles and parts, it will also promote the improvement of Junhao's raw material resin polymerization.
