PEEK has excellent comprehensive performance due to the large number of benzene ring structures in its molecules. PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin is a high-performance special thermoplastic material and one of the important varieties of commercial polyaryletherketone resins. At present, polyetheretherketone is widely used in petroleum, food processing, automobile and aerospace fields for its excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. PEEK5600FE20 is a PEEK composite material with a medium melt flow rate and 20% PTFE added. It can be produced and processed by injection molding and extrusion. It has lower hardness and better wear resistance than pure PEEK. According to the working conditions of isolation blocks in the petrochemical industry, PEEK5600FE20 is specially developed, which is modified by adding 20% PTFE. Compared with PEEK5600G, PEEKFE20 has a lower hardness, which can better reduce metal wear when rubbing against the metal drum. In addition, the friction coefficient of PEEK5600FE20 is more stable and lower, which can reduce the motor running power and save energy loss. At the same time, PEEK5600FE20 has lower wear than pure PEEK, which can extend the service life of the isolation block and reduce the maintenance frequency of the isolation block, providing higher quality assurance for long-term stable production.
