PEEK 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced (PEEK5600GF30) particles

PEEK5600GF30 (brown gray) is a reinforced plastic filled with 30% glass fiber. It has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK, as well as better dimensional stability, and is ideal for manufacturing structural parts. It can withstand fixed loads for a long time at high temperatures. If PEEK5600GF30 is used as a sliding part, its adaptability should be carefully checked because glass fiber scratches the mating surface. 30% glass fiber + 70% PEEK, glass fiber plays a reinforcing role in the component, and its own non-conductive characteristics make it suitable for use in materials with high insulation requirements and strong rigidity. PEEK5600GF30 can be produced and processed by injection molding and extrusion.
