As an advanced engineering plastic, PEEK has good machinability, flame retardancy, non-toxicity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. It plays an important role in weight reduction, effectively extending the service life of components, optimizing component utilization, etc., and its downstream application promotion is accelerating. PEEK powder is ground from the coarse powder after PEEK polymerization. According to different grinding processes, powders of different sizes from 200 mesh to 800 mesh can be ground. PEEK7600P is a powder with a low melt flow rate, suitable for processing and production by molding, spraying, etc. PEEK7600P powder is suitable for molding process , and the low fluidity characteristics make it difficult for the material to overflow during the melting process.
