Project Overview: Shandong Junhao High Performance Polymer The company is building 2,000 tons/year of polyetheretherketone (PEEK), 500 tons/year of polyetherketone (PEK), 3,500 tons/year of 4,4-difluorobenzophenone (DFBP), 50 tons/year of hollow polyimide (PI) fiber, 500 tons/year of polyarylethersulfone (PAES), and 10 tons/year of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) sizing agent. The project is located in Jining New Materials Industrial Park, covering an area of about 200 acres, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase includes: polyetheretherketone (polymerization + purification) workshop, drying and granulation workshop, polyetherketone (polymerization + purification) workshop, 4,4-difluorobenzophenone production workshop, raw and auxiliary material warehouse and tank area, and related supporting facilities. About 580 sets of main equipment were purchased. The second phase includes: hollow polyimide (PI) fiber, polyarylethersulfone (PAES), polyetheretherketone (PEEK) sizing agent synthesis workshop, raw material warehouse and tank area, as well as related supporting facilities, and the purchase of about 280 sets of main equipment. After the project is fully completed and put into production, it can achieve an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons of polyetheretherketone (PEEK), 500 tons of polyetherketone (PEK), 3,500 tons of 4,4-difluorobenzophenone (DFBP), 50 tons of hollow polyimide (PI) fiber, 500 tons of polyarylethersulfone (PAES), and 10 tons of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) sizing agent.
