01. Advanced hot runner technology
Mold design using hot runner technology can shorten the molding production cycle of plastic products, and in the process of hot runner injection molding, the melting temperature of the runner system can be accurately controlled to further ensure the stability of product quality. At the same time, hot runner molding will reduce the generation of waste compared to cold runner molding. For PEEK, a relatively expensive material, it greatly reduces the cost of raw materials and is more conducive to automated production.
