Time flies, and 2021 is far away from us. Looking back on the past year, Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics has won many awards, and has made remarkable achievements and progress in all aspects. The shipment sales have set a new record, exceeding 167 million yuan.

In order to better formulate the company’s 2022 sales strategic goals and five-year strategic development plan, Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics hereby solemnly convened the 2022 Sales Conference.

At 8 o’clock on February 26, the host of the conference, Ms. Feng, announced the opening of the conference on time, and warmly welcomed colleagues from Jiangsu and friends from Shandong to attend this conference! And announced today’s meeting agenda: 2021 Junhua Chronicles-Employee Work Report-Award Ceremony-Signing of Military Orders-Dinner.

01. Junhua Chronicle of 2021

The past year was an extraordinary year. Under the leadership of General Manager Li, we worked together to break the historical record again and achieved the goal of annual shipments of 167 million. With the efforts of all departments of the company, we worked together with one heart and one mind, and achieved fruitful results in 2021.

1) In March, the company officially launched the ERP information management system. Realize information management, and the platform carries dreams.

2) In April, the company participated in Chinaplas 2021 Shenzhen Rubber & Plastic Exhibition, and discussed with customers the innovative solutions of PEEK in various industries.

3) The company passed the AS9100D aerospace quality management system certification. It marks another key step for the company to further expand in the aviation field.

4) In June, the “Changzhou Industrial Design Center” was established to innovate customer needs, design, production and sales to provide customers with exquisite products.

5) The company organized a one-day tour of Tianmu Lake, which further narrowed the distance between employees and allowed employees to feel the warmth of a big family during the tour.

6) In July, the continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK composite sheet won the SAMPE China Materials Innovation Finalist Award! This project has become a new research hotspot in China.

7) In August, the company invited training teachers to conduct IATF16949& GJB standard training for employees to further promote quality management.

8) In September, the company was recognized as a “specialized, specialized and innovative” small and medium-sized enterprise in Changzhou City and a small giant enterprise (manufacturing) in Jiangsu Province, and will unswervingly follow the path of refined, specialized and innovative development.

9) In October, the company brought “PEEK’s innovative application solutions in the field of aerospace equipment” to the Zhuhai Air Show to explore new applications of PEEK in the aerospace field.

10) The company has developed a new three-chamber PEEK capillary product, which has brought good news to patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation surgery with gastrointestinal symptoms.

11) The company has successfully been approved to build the “Jiangsu Province (Junhua) High-Performance Special Engineering Plastics Engineering Technology Research Center”. It marks a new level in research and development work!

12) In November, the company’s PEEK material solution in the aerospace field won the Innovative Industry Solution Award in the “2021 Sixth China Engineering Plastics Industry Innovation Selection”.

13) The company participated in the 3rd Thermoplastic Composites Seminar and made a report on the topic of “Study on the Matching of Continuous Carbon Fiber Fabric Reinforced PEEK Thermoplastic Composites (LF-CF/PEEK)”.

14) The company has successively introduced advanced gear testing technology and testing equipment. Further expand the market of PEEK in the gear field.

15) In December, the company participated in the preparation of the national standard “Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Resin”. Participated in the discussion meeting on the draft of the national standard and the standard review meeting, and put forward many constructive opinions to further promote the improvement of the standard.

16) The company has developed JUNHUA® PEEK monofilament (fiber). The new product PEEK monofilament has excellent insulation properties, outstanding strength and excellent heat and chemical resistance.

17) The AKSOPEEK® new generation medical implant-grade material trademark was officially released to better promote the research and development, production and application of implant-grade PEEK materials in the field of sports medicine.

18) The company invested 3 million to add a batch of mold processing equipment. Further improve mold processing accuracy, processing efficiency, and shorten delivery time.

19) Shandong Junhao High-Performance Polymer Co., Ltd. successfully completed a trial run of its new 2,500 tons/year polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin and products project. Help the company’s PEEK industry take another step forward on the road of high-quality development.

20) The company’s composite material project won the 2021 Jiangsu Province “Double Innovation Plan” and Changzhou City’s “Longcheng Talent” plan.

21) Changzhou Junhua Medical Company’s Gongyanhui Industrial Park standard factory building was delivered.

22) The company completed a 10 million yuan round A financing.

23) The company completed shipment sales of 167 million yuan, and the sales of its subsidiary Changzhou Junhua Medical exceeded 30 million.

The above are some of the achievements obtained by Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics in 2021.

02. Employee Work Report

Then came the work reports of the sales managers and department heads. The senior sales managers, sales managers and intern sales managers reported on the 2021 annual summary, the 2022 sales target plan and sales experience sharing. I hope that the sales department will achieve greater success in 2022 and create greater brilliance. I also hope that the new sales managers will follow the example of senior sales managers and climb to the top!

Next, Mr. Tan Zongshang, the company’s vice president of operations, reported on the company’s overall operating conditions, R&D, projects, and 2022 planning work. Mr. Liu Dejun, vice president of production, reported on the 2021 summary of production projects and the 2022 production safety and other planning.

Mr. Cong Fei, head of Changzhou Junhua Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Wu Hongyong, head of the Extrusion Profile Division, Mr. Li Yin, head of the Analytical Instrument Division, and Ms. Yan Li, head of the Marketing Planning Department, reported on the annual work summary and work plan of each department.

04. Signing of the Military Order

The vigorous development of Junhua is the result of the joint efforts of all employees of the company. It is precisely because of these sales struggles that Junhua has become a tenacious and vigorous force. In order to achieve the sales target of 230 million and 250 million in 2022, each sales manager has set a shipment target for 2022 and signed a military order for shipment in 2022.

05. Summary, group photo and dinner

Mr. Li Jun, General Manager of the company, made an important speech on this sales conference, and made a comprehensive, objective and fair summary of the company’s work achievements and operations in 2021. He also put forward the company’s new development ideas and goals for 2022.

It has established the long-term goal of Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics: China’s PEEK special engineering plastics listed company with industrial chain and R&D and innovation advantages, reaffirmed the business philosophy of “integrity, pragmatism, cooperation, innovation and win-win”, focused on meeting customer needs, promoted growth through R&D and innovation, built a talent team, and achieved the shipment target of “maintaining 230 million and striving for 250 million”.
