    • The cost and technical advantages are very prominent! As an advanced engineering plastic, PEEK, due to its good machinability, flame retardant, non-toxic, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, has played an important role in weight reduction, extension of component using life, optimization of component utilization. With the acceleration of downstream application promotion, it is expected that China's PEEK demand will exceed 10,000 tons in 2022.


      PEEK5600GF30(gray). This material is filled with 30% glass fiber, which has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK, and better dimensional stability. It is ideal for manufacturing structural parts. It can withstand a fixed load for a long time under high temperature. If PEEK5600GF30 is used as the sliding part, its adaptability should be carefully checked because the glass fiber scratches the mating surface.
